Is there justice in this world? We have laws that are set up to protect victims. We have laws that say that we have unalienable rights such as life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. All of this is based on people in this world following this writing, these rules, these regulations to protect the victim if they report a crime.

Yet there is no justice if people in a position of authority choose to do nothing. There can be no life, there can be no liberty, there can be no happiness. Or if we put the victim on trial rather than the person who committed the crime. A victim did nothing to ask for wrong to be done to them, so why do we look to them as if they faulted. It is easier to say they are the one with the charter flaw. But this in not right. Is this justice? I ask again is there justice in this world?

Even if a criminal is successfully tried and convicted, nothing ever replaces what was taken. Is there justice? In this world we can never see justice. We live in an imperfect world, we live in a world that is flawed, by a lack of morality, a lack personal identity, a lack spiritual value, a lack of respect for the legal system, and a lack of respect for people. Is there Justice?
